Community service gives an individual or company the opportunity in providing support and care for their local community or non profit organization on a global basis. Sustainable Engineering and Design believes that volunteering plays a key role in economic regeneration, therefore the SED team gives volunteer time and money to worthy causes and charities.
In holding true to the mission of Sustainable Engineering and Design, the founders support the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) through their community volunteerism.
Hunger and malnutrition are the greatest threats to health and well-being. According to the Florida Department of Children and Families, the
number of families seeking public assistance has nearly doubled in just
over 2 years. "To help those in need to transform their lives by providing
food, crisis care, opportunities for education and employment, and a
hand up to families, individuals and children who are fighting to break
